Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Broke British Law

...In Secretly Paying Employee To Spy On The Prime Minister

Rupert Murdoch

As stated on the site a month ago, Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, installed employee Andy Coulson at 10 Downing Street in London, for dubious reasons, as he was being paid a large salary by the company, while he worked for British Prime Minister, David Cameron (News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government).

This week it has been confirmed that Murdoch continued to pay Coulson after he resigned from News International/News Corp and began working for the Prime Minister, also allowing him to keep his company car and health insurance. This was a violation of House of Commons' rules. Murdoch and his son, James Murdoch, lied in Parliament "claiming ignorance" regarding Coulson's salary.

As thieving and stingy as Murdoch has been with employees and rivals, why would he be so generous to a man, Coulson, who had supposedly quit working for him. That's because he never stopped working for Murdoch and had become his spy in the Prime Minister's office. Coulson was planted in the highest government office in Britain, to spy on and direction Cameron in the manner Murdoch wanted him to go.

James Murdoch

This is very alarming for a number of reasons. First of all, Murdoch is not a British citizen and should not be directly meddling in and attempting to control politics in the United Kingdom, especially at such a high level, as it is inappropriate. This went well beyond ordering journalists to write a narrative promoting Murdoch's political views. This man was unlawfully in Downing Street trying to control, manipulate and bully a few Prime Ministers in a row, into doing his bidding.

One doubts he means the aforementioned people well. Murdoch has destroyed so many lives in Britain with his newspaper scandals and phone hacking, even spying in the lives of deceased children who are murder victims, cheated the British taxpayer out of a fortune and ran a number of Britons out of business to enrich himself.

Therefore, he really has not acted in the best interest of the country, in conduct that is unprovoked and unseemly. There's no way to pretty it up. Murdoch's behavior does not look right.

News Corp. Still Paying Ex-David Cameron Aide Andy Coulson (Report)

Thu Aug 25, 2011 4:25am EDT - ...This is the second report this week related to payments to Coulson, a former editor-in-chief of the now-shuttered News of the World. A story by Bloomberg on Monday indicated that News International, which oversaw the scandal-plagued tabloid, was still paying Coulson while he worked as the UK Conservative Party's director of communications as part of a severance package...

It also further undermines the testimonies of both News Corp.'s international Chairman and CEO James Murdoch, son of the company's Chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch, and former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks. Brooks denied Coulson was being paid while Murdoch claimed ignorance.

Andy Coulson 'broke' Commons pass rules by failing to declare NI payments

Wednesday 24 August 2011 17.14 BST - Andy Coulson appears to have broken House of Commons rules by failing to declare payments and benefits he received from News International while holding a parliamentary pass sponsored by David Cameron.

Registers held in the Commons archive, seen by the Guardian, reveal that in September 2007 – three months after Coulson was employed by Cameron's office – the former News of the World editor failed to declare the health insurance, company car and severance payments he was receiving from his old employers.

The records also show that for at least two months after he resigned from his position as No 10's head of communications in January this year, Coulson continued to hold a parliamentary pass, sponsored by Downing Street, which allowed him access to parliament as a No 10 employee...

Another Prominent Journalist Exposes Murdoch For Stalking

Ita Buttrose

A prominent Australian journalist, Ita Buttrose, has exposed News International/News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, for engaging in criminal stalking of innocent people. Buttrose is the second mainstream journalist to make these claims.

Wendi Murdoch and Rupert Murdoch

Buttrose joins New York Magazine editor, Frank Rich, in stating Murdoch and his employees at News International/News Corp, actively and maliciously stalk people, as some are crazily perceived by them as personal or business enemies (Prominent Editor Accuses News Corp Of Stalking And Bullying People). All over the world, psychiatrists define stalking as a form of mental illness.

Rupert Murdoch and his underhanded kids Elisabeth Murdoch and James Murdoch

I also made these claims in 2005 in a formal police complaint and stand by all my allegations, many of which have proven 100% true over the past several years. The stalking has not desisted to this day, with threatening and harassing confrontations by them that are wholly unwanted by me (hence my attitude towards them on this website).

Rupert Murdoch

Buttrose stated, when she worked for Murdoch as a journalist with the Sunday Telegraph and Daily Telegraph newspapers, he ordered her to stalk the subject of a story, which is universally illegal. Buttrose came forward with these allegations this week, as the phone hacking scandal rages on. Murdoch is denying the allegations, but considering he and his contingent have been caught in so many blatant lies, who believes them anymore.

Murdoch told me to have someone followed: Buttrose

Updated August 23, 2011 09:23:52 - Media figure Ita Buttrose says Rupert Murdoch suggested she have someone followed while chasing a story in her time as editor-in-chief of the Sunday Telegraph and Daily Telegraph. In Monday night's Australian Story, Ms Buttrose said the media mogul asked her to "go beyond what I thought I should do". Ms Buttrose said the request came while working on a story at Mr Murdoch's request.

"I assigned a reporter to do it but [Mr Murdoch] wasn't happy with the result and said, 'No, that wasn't good enough. Have you followed this person?'." Approaching then News Limited chief executive Ken Cowley, Ms Buttrose claims she said: "I can't give this instruction. I'm not having anybody that works for me, for whom I'm responsible, follow anybody. I don't want to be a part of it."...

Reports Indicate Rupert Murdoch And Family To Lose Billions Due To Phone Hacking Scandal

They Need To Lose Their Freedom As Well

Rupert Murdoch and third wife Wendi Murdoch

Reports in the press indicate, News International/News Corp, run by crooked, Rupert Murdoch and his equally greedy and sinister offspring, is set to lose billions from the ongoing phone hacking scandal. The Murdoch family is operating under the belief, the scandal will blow over in a few months, while he works to corrupt the FBI, as he did the Metropolitan Police in Britain, in attempts at blocking the case from going mainstream.

One of Murdoch’s top executives and editors, Rebekah Brooks, publicly bragged that the company routinely bribed police officers (Rupert Murdoch Executive Admitted To Bribing The Metropolitan Police (Video). This in connection with the fact the Metropolitan Police already arrested one of their own police officers last week, should tell Murdoch this case is not something people are going to forget.

This case has revealed to the world how prevalent criminal invasion of privacy has become in the news and entertainment world and that it not only affects select public figures, but private citizens as well. It is not going to be business as usual anymore, as Murdoch’s family’s name and that of their company is gone for good with the public.

Rupert Murdoch's son James Murdoch, has been very involved in the crimes being committed

As revealed by a former Fox News employee, News Corp maintains an illegal hacking and wiretapping division, as do others in their circle, such as Kabbalah, whose arrogance, cockiness and carelessness, caused the case to go public in the first place (yet amazingly, they have not stopped the criminal behavior).

These people have perversely and insidiously violated people in ways the public cannot begin to fathom, as the case is still unfolding. The FBI in America are sitting on terrible evidence of serious criminal misconduct in this regard, in support of wealthy criminals, such as Murdoch. This is not what the taxpayers pay their salaries for them to do.

Last week, the arrest of one of Murdoch’s journalists that was living and working in America, whilst committing serious crimes, once again should signal to the world that criminal violations of not only British law, but American statutes as well, transpired in this sordid tale of greed, callousness and perversion. International laws in Australia, Canada and the Caribbean, have been flagrantly violated by News International/News Corp as well.

FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, has been suppressing significant evidence regarding the case, for the past several years, engaging in a massive cover up of crimes News Corp and others involved in the scandal have been committing in America and other nations of the world

When you begin hacking and wiretapping the phones of deceased children that died as victims of brutal crimes, each and every hacker, wiretapper, private investigator and executive, needs to be rounded up like the criminals they are and locked away for being a menace to society. This conduct is inexcusable. Add computer hacking, stalking and burglary to the charge and you gain a clearer picture of a set of people that have become so sick, they’ve defied every societal law set in place to protect the public.

The Murdochs and their coconspirators, have committed enough crimes against the public, to wipe out their illegally made fortunes via lawsuits, fines and penalties. They need to be removed from News Corp stat and arrested, so as to prevent the total collapse of the company, which would leave many people out of work during a global financial crisis. If they remain, they are going to take the company down with them. It is only a matter of time - when, not if.

It is because of people like the Murdochs that the world is mired in a financial crisis - individuals and companies that do not believe they are to follow the law or rules of society. People that believe they are to bribe those in authority to engage in and get away with the unconscionable and unthinkable. Those that believe they are to steal from others, destroy people’s companies to pillage their assets and exploit the public in horrible ways, all in the name of getting rich. Well, for that, they should be made poor. The public is not going to be satisfied until the Murdochs get locked up.

Police Officer Arrested In News Corp's Phone Hacking Scandal

Rupert Murdoch

Another arrest has been made in the News International/News Corp phone hacking scandal. An unnamed police constable (officer) with the Metropolitan Police, has been arrested for taking bribes and leaking protected information to News International/News Corp.

Rupert Murdoch and his much young wife Wendi Murdoch

Two senior police officials have already resigned under the current scandal. Previously, News International/News Corp employee, Rebekah Brooks, publicly bragged during a hearing and to a celebrity about bribing police officers (Rupert Murdoch Executive Admitted To Bribing The Metropolitan Police (Video).

Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner, John Yates, resigned (but has not been arrested)

It's a sad day for Scotland Yard and the Metropolitan Police that Rupert Murdoch and his corrupt companies have brought the force to this juncture, but such conduct cannot be tolerated. I'm sorry it happened, but Murdoch and company cannot be allowed to engage in such criminality and they should pay for bringing this shame on the Met.

Judge Orders One Of Rupert Murdoch's Hackers To Disclose All Evidence

Ordered To Name Names

Wow, I can see through his hairline (much like his case). All that illegally made money and he can't buy some good hair dye.

A British judge has ordered one of Rupert Murdoch's hackers, Glenn Mulcaire, who worked for his company News International/News Corp, to disclose the names of the people he has hacked. Actor Steve Coogan won the ruling in a phone hacking case filed against Mulcaire and News Corp.

It should be noted, Murdoch paid Mulcaire's legal fees, in excess of $400,000. However, with the current controversy taking aim at the Murdoch family, they stopped paying his legal fees, prompting Mulcaire to file suit in British Court.

James Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch and Elisabeth Murdoch

Mulcaire didn't take the initiative, hire himself at News International/News Corp, then wiretap and hack scores of politicians, celebrities and victims of crime, out of the goodness of his heart. He did it because he was paid and instructed to do so, in orders that came straight from the top.

News International/News Corp already publicly admitted their tip lines produce very few scoops and most people in the know will not talk to them for fear their names will be broadcast all over the news and in the press, to lend credibility to newspaper stories, even after demanding to remain anonymous.

Glenn Mulcaire

Think about it, if you owned newspapers and kept reading incendiary exclusive after incendiary exclusive in your publications, telling the public secrets of what goes on in the privacy of people's homes, on their private phone lines and in their personal medial records, wouldn't you question how your staff was constantly coming up with this invasive information. Well, no you wouldn't question it if you'd paid and told them to get the information illegally, as the Murdoch's have done.

So, unless you are like Joseph in the Bible, having dreams telling you the future and what is going on behind closed doors, it's safe to assume you are illegally hacking and wiretapping people for information to financially profit from.

Rupert Murdoch And News Corp Unmasked As Liars In The Latest Phone Hacking Arrests

Two more employees of Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in London, England on charges of phone hacking. Over a dozen employees have been arrested for illegally intercepting phone calls of celebrities, politicians and murdered school children, then publishing it in their papers and broadcasting it on their networks, for undue financial gain.

Former News International/News Corp employee, Clive Goodman, who was originally arrested in 2006, after my 2005 complaint to the police, was among the first legal casualties in the scandal. Goodman is now the source of a very incriminating letter the British Parliament released to the public this week.

Rupert Murdoch

The letter reveals widespread use of illegal phone hacking at News International/News Corp. It also details the claim that Goodman was promised he could keep his job, even whilst incarcerated for months, if he did not snitch on other people at the company, engaging in criminal wiretapping, among other things. Goodman was fired anyway and sued for wrongful dismissal.

Murdoch's lawyers are also distancing themselves from him, publicly stating the infamous family lied in Parliament, regarding phone hacking. The famous London entertainment law firm, Harbottle & Lewis, who represented Murdoch and News International in a number of matters, is now giving Parliament tips on the exact questions to ask, in order to unmask the criminal activity transpiring at the company.

James Murdoch and Rupert Murdoch

Parliament has also been pointed in the direction of another London law firm Murdoch's News Corp retained, Burton & Copeland. High profile lawyers and analysts have been publicly warning law firms not to assist Murdoch and company in a cover-up, as the legal consequences to their reputations and freedom could be quite great.

There exists irrefutable evidence the Murdochs and News International/News Corp, did exactly what they are accused of, in the way of lawbreaking and it is only a matter of time before it all becomes public knowledge.

Elisabeth Murdoch, pictured with her brother, James, was rebuffed by News Corp's shareholders, opposing her move to join the board, as well as their purchase of her overvalued company Shine, netting her $210,000,000 thanks to Daddy Dearest

It is being stated in mainstream press articles, Burton & Copeland, are sitting on very incriminating evidence against Murdoch and company. They are not the only ones. The Murdoch family has refused to waive "attorney client privilege" to allow the aforementioned law firms to speak candidly and divulge evidence to Parliament.

Clive Goodman

This audacious lack of forthrightness, along with recently published news the company ordered its internet hosting provider in India to delete thousands of emails (incriminating), sends a message of overwhelming guilt to the public, regarding the Murdochs and News International/News Corp.

What have they got to hide, you know, other than illegal wiretapping, hacking and aggravated stalking. The Murdochs are not business people. They've shown themselves to be a family of out right criminals. Such individuals do not belong in the corporate world, as they are a menace to society.

Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Is Under Investigation For Computer Hacking And Corporate Theft

Rupert Murdoch

Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, is under criminal investigation by the Metropolitan Police, for not just "phone hacking" but computer hacking as well, in a case titled "Operation Tuleta." It has been discovered that a number of people have been hacked by News International/News Corp, via computer intrusion, which also encompassed illegally prying into emails as well.

This week, several publications have written in detail of a software trojan, News International/News Corp, used to illegally access the computers of politicians, celebrities and victims of crime. A member of Parliament was hacked in 2006 and a private photo he had taken with his mistress, was illegally copied via hacking and published in Murdoch's newspapers as a scoop regarding the extramarital affair. This conduct was completely illegal, as hacking is a crime. This month, attorneys are now publicly stating they have famous clients, who were hacked by News International/News Corp as well.

Article Background: In 2005, the complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police regarding News International/News Corp, formally accused them of illegal wiretapping and computer hacking. Six months later in 2006, two News/International/News Corp employees were arrested for illegal wiretapping and phone hacking.

My unpublished articles I'd written for my websites, were being hacked and copied from my computers and emails, then published in News International papers as scoops and exclusives. Items I privately discussed over the phone with musically and politically connected people, were also used in later published News International articles VERBATIM as they had been spoken over the phone days prior. Preexisting, unpublished, Library of Congress copyrighted music and films I authored that were stored on my computers, were illegally copied and later used by Rupert Murdoch's Fox and 20th Century Fox (News Corp), among others, for profit.

London Is Burning (The Summer 2011 Riots)

Firefighters battling a blaze in England, where buildings have been set on fire by rioters

The riots that have taken a hold of London, England and now northern city, Manchester, England, have gone on for four nights in a row. The trouble began when a senior police official refused to speak to a community activist and the family of a slain man, Mark Duggan, who was killed in a taxi cab by an officer. What began as a peaceful protest in Tottenham, East London, turned into full on riots, where buildings were looted and set on fire. Vehicles were also torched.

Firefighters fighting the blaze as police stand by

The police are going to have to work on how they interact with the populace, especially young Britons, who feel they are being targeted. Regrettably, with the police's credibility with the public at an all time low, thanks to revelations in the News International/News Corp phone hacking scandal, tensions have boiled over, as the average citizen, once again, especially young males, believe they are not being treated fairly.

Police officers standing in front of blazing buildings

Many young and old people are out of work, due to the global economic downturn, which began in America. The British economy has begun to show growth, on its way to a recovery. Due to university cuts, some that wish to go to school, can't afford to do so.

Londoners look on at a building in Tottenham that was set ablaze the previous night

Cuts are quite necessary, because in all nations, there will be abuses, but the poor and middle class must always be protected, as the most vulnerable in society, when it comes to finances. By all means, pay one's taxes, but the government should also do its part to ensure Britons have every opportunity available to them. More compromises need to be struck regarding university tuition.

Mark Duggan

All and all, the British government does do a lot for its citizens and should be commended for that. Over the years, I've been quite impressed at what I have witnessed. However, there are a few areas that need to be reassessed, such as police issues. Community cooperation is also needed, between the public and the police, if these very serious issues are to be properly resolved.

Sony Distribution Center Set On Fire During The London Riots

Sony CEO Howard Stringer

Sony is having a terrible year. The company's plants in Japan were seriously damaged by an earthquake and ensuing tsunami, hackers hacked many of their websites into a non-working state, whilst stealing 100 million customers financial and private data from their servers, which created massive financial loss, later reflected in their significant decrease in revenues.

If all that wasn't enough, a Sony distribution center in Canning Town, East London, was set on fire by people rioting for the fourth night in a row. For Sony, when it rains it pours. Beside News Corp, the Judiciary Report can't think of a company with more misery and trouble right now.

Rupert Murdoch And Family Are Robbing News Corp Shareholders

Rupert Murdoch and his kids/employees/beneficiaries, James Murdoch, Elisabeth Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch

Rupert Murdoch and his offspring, Elisabeth Murdoch, James Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch, are robbing News Corp shareholders in a massive manner. Murdoch used $680,000,000 in shareholder funds to buy his daughter Elisabeth Murdoch's vanity production company, Shine, when it is worth nowhere near that figure.

There are production companies in Hollywood with hundreds of well-known films in their vaults and they aren't worth anywhere near that figure, yet Shine, which only has a few copyrights, most of them criminally stolen, is claiming it is worth nearly a billion dollars. Get real and stop fleecing the shareholders.

Rupert Murdoch and wife Wendi Murdoch

It was nothing but a big cash grab by the Murdoch family, in a bid to extract as much shareholder money as possible and ironically it has resulted in a lawsuit, as investors opposed the sale, but Rupert Murdoch and his equally greedy daughter, pushed it through anyway. Then she tried to join the News Corp board, which was rebuffed this month.

There are also real issues regarding the overvaluation of the Murdochs' stake in Britain's BskyB. Plans for the Murdoch family to fully purchase the satellite provider in Britain, spectacularly collapsed this summer, when the British Parliament publicly denounced the deal, in light of the terrible phone hacking scandal.

Rupert Murdoch

News Corp shareholders are being led to believe the company and the Murdochs' stake therein, are worth far more than it actually is, in a serious case of corporate fraud. Then there's the devious insider trading taking place, as the Murdoch family have made many financially lucrative decisions at News Corp and regarding other non-related companies, using insider trading, via phone hacking, hacking and bribery, which is all quite illegal.

Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp Spying On People With Drones

A drone

Crazy, perverse, ruthless News International/News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, has not only been spying on people through illegal phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping, as illustrated by British police criminal charges against his employees, it has been revealed, he has been using spy drones to invade the public's privacy as well.

A drone

Spy drones are well and fine in the hands of world governments, using them properly, whilst seeking to reduce crime or do recognizance missions in military maneuvers, but these valuable, small aircrafts, do not belong in the hands of privacy invading corporations, as some will use it in criminal attempts to spy on people in their homes and private offices.

Rupert Murdoch and wife Wendi Murdoch

There exists the technological capability of drones to do so and Murdoch is arrogantly abusing it for his own ends. It is possible for drones to be fitted with infrared technology that can detect certain activities being conducted in homes and businesses, by simply flying over or around them. Murdoch and News Corp's perversion and invasiveness knows no bounds. They are sick.

What's more alarming is the U.S. government, among others, let such a thing happen on its shores. Clearly, the allegations by a number of watchdog groups, such as Move On, are correct, as they've stated Murdoch has bought members of Congress with lavish donations and payments.

FAA is "Examining" News Corp.'s Use of Drones Over U.S. Airspace

Aug 5 at 11:38 PM - Some fear that News Corp., who owns many international tabloids such as The New York Post, will begin using the drones to spy on celebrities and politicians. Owner of the WSJ, New York Post, and Fox News has a growing squadron of fliers -- are they legal?

According to multiple reports News Corp. has been using drone aircraft to snoop on regions of interest from the air and snap photos.
