Hollywood heiress heirhead, Paris Hilton, who was once famous for a deliberately leaked sex tape, is looking into the toilet today and not just because she's probably drunk with a hangover, but due to the fact that's where her careers is sinking at the present moment, circling the bowl like the Ty-D-Bol man.

Her latest reality show "The World According To Paris Hilton" has been unceremoniously cancelled by cable network, Oxygen, for exceptionally poor ratings. The show averaged 400,000 viewers per episode, which once again, is less than a number of pop culture blogs' readership, but at one hundred thousand times the budget. When ratings are that low, it doesn't make sense to even turn on the camera. I'd leave the lens cap on and patronizingly nod at her like the camera was filming.

When infomercials are pulling in higher ratings than you do on television, it's time to give it a rest. That's what Hilton gets for not having a massive, constantly publicized, nouveau riche wedding and butt implants that requires two surgeons to put them in.

It's official, Hilton's time in the spotlight is over. She has become a pop culture relic. Considering the negative influence Hilton's had on young girls, teaching them by example to be n-word issuing, sexually promiscuous, STD transmitting, publicity hungry, pot smoking, coke snorting exhibitionists, this is for the best. With so many gifted people out there, networks need to do better to present more positive images to the public. The talent is out there, but regrettably, it is who you know and whether they can get you on television or radio.

It really is not the same thing as being yourself in front of a camera on a show that is put together in a sensational manner by a production crew, as reality TV is formulated to be. Think about it, would you give Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian or Snooki an Oscar. No, as what they do is not real acting.

The website TMZ is reporting, reality star, Russell Armstrong, who was pronounced dead in Los Angeles after hanging himself, requested a Xanax anti-anxiety pill from an actor, in the days leading up to his death. When Armstrong reportedly called to request more Xanax from the actor, he refused to supply him with any more of the pharmaceutical drug, for fear it would lead to abuse.

Xanax and certain other drugs in its class, such as anti-depressants, used to treat mood disorders or depression, can promote intense thoughts of suicide. This is an established medical fact. Furthermore, it is recommended that patients be weaned off the aforementioned type pharmaceutical drugs (gradually decreasing dosages), rather than abruptly stopping all dosages, as it can lead to worse side effects that resemble drug withdrawal and increased depression.

Once again, suicide is not the answer. It is best to be placed on a proper treatment plan by medical professionals, who can monitor your health and frame of mind, rather than resorting to self-medicating.

However, due to producer Shaunie O'Neal only releasing a selectively edited clip of the incident last week, people did not get the full story. Not that it changes the Judiciary Report's view that Eric Williams went too far. He also provoked his soon to be ex-wife, at least if she has her way, in calling her "nothing" and stating no one will want her in three years when she turns 40. He's getting older as well, which makes said comment all the more ironic.

Turning 40 does not make a woman unattractive. Look at Halle Berry, she's 44-years of age and putting women in their 20s to shame. Same goes for model Christie Brinkley, who is in her 50s. If one takes care of one's self, there's no reason one cannot look gorgeous at any age.

She also began stabbing an item on the cake representing her husband's genitals. Yes, he did cheat on her, which is wrong, but her conduct at the party was overkill, especially with her new, younger boyfriend.

Someone is not content with tormenting the NBA with the frequently sued reality show "Basketball Wives" which is based in Miami, Florida. The show's producer, Shaunie O'Neal, ex-wife of retired NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, has decided to return to her native California and release a spin off of the show titled "Basketball Wives LA."

It is set to debut this month and most likely with the same Jerry Springer style antics as the original. I hate to call it that, as "Basketball Wives" is a very derivative version of "The Real Housewives" reality series by Bravo and follows the exact same business plan, via city spin-offs.

As the Judiciary Report predicted, well before the ratings revealed it to be so, "Basketball Wives" (4.3 million viewers) has surpassed "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" (4 million viewers) in the ratings and press (Has "Basketball Wives" Topped "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta"). Too bad the content is so low brow.

Well, well, well! I remember in February 2011, when the Judiciary Report published an article stating the reality show Basketball Wives "makes black women look bad" (Shaunie Stirring The Doo Doo In The NBA). Shortly after, Shaunie O'Neal, a part time Miami resident, did an interview upset that it was said the show "makes black women look bad" (Is Evelyn Lozada About To Stab Shaunie O'Neal In The Back For Her Own Show). It was bite off the blogger's head time. But here we have it, several months later, in an interview conducted days ago, O'Neal stated she is embarrassed by the show and its Jerry Springer type tactics, particularly the fighting:

“When I started the show I really just wanted to follow this group of ladies around. We all have a common bond; we understand each other’s lives. It started as that. Since then, it’s taken on a life of its own. I never imagined it would be a group of ladies fighting and arguing that way that they do. That was never part of the plan.”

“I hate that it has to be a fight or an argument that gives us 4.2 million viewers. I hate that, but it’s something where I’m working as hard as I can to show some type of balance, because it is there. We do know how to act, we do charity work. I would love a little more balance and we’re going to try to do more of that in season 4. I know that people love the fighting and the arguing, but I do want to have some positive in there somewhere.”

“I feel like that show, from what I hear in certain production calls and stuff like that, is turning into ‘I have slept with a basketball player at some point of time in my life, so now I’m on Basketball Wives’. That’s definitely not what I brought to the table and not what I would be proud of having my name on. I think that’s a whole different show that I wouldn’t produce. A change needs to be made somewhere in these reality shows. If I can be the start, I would to be a start in showing some balances.”

When one contrasts "Basketball Wives" with shows in its genre, such as "Braxton Family Values" which is not a fight fest, it becomes apparent that one does not have to resort to such tactics to gain viewers. In fact, the Braxton sisters stated, initially their show was not picked up by a few other networks, because they refused to get into fist fights on camera, stating they do not do that.

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, is set to marry NBA basketball player, Kris Humphries. However, is Kim being clingy. Humphries turned off his mobile phone to attend his bachelor party. However, Kardashian argued with him before he did so.

Humphries stated, "I told Kim, I said, 'Look, I'm turning my phone off, I'll see you back in L.A. Monday afternoon,' Kris Humphries explained. 'She was like, 'No, you're not turning off your phone, I love you, you're not turning off your phone.' Like, it's our bachelor party, give me some freedom."

Well, that didn't work, as Kardashian crashed his bachelor party. While it is understandable that she would be concerned about a bachelor party, as what some men get up to at these events is downright wrong and displays a massive lack of loyalty to their bride-to-be, Kardashian still seems clingy in other ways that is clearly upsetting Humphries. I know I'm not the only one that thinks their marriage, if it happens, is headed for disaster. I hope not, but thing don't look good.

I read a rumor on the internet stating singer and reality star, Tamar Braxton, who is featured on the show "Braxton Family Values" along with her sister, Grammy Award winner, Toni Braxton, is a victim of domestic violence.

Someone posted claims on Yahoo stating Tamar frequents their business and came in one day with a black eye, hidden by shades, which they attributed to her husband, Lady GaGa producer, Vincent Herbert.

On a separate note, during an episode of "Braxton Family Values" Tamar sarcastically insults her sister, Toni, for turning up late to her party at a restaurant and Herbert is seen hitting her on the right leg, in a manner that shook her up on camera. Therefore, is there truth to the rumors. I hope not.

Answer: I have heard that as well. I live in Los Angeles and used to work in one of the places that Tamar Braxton visits often (place shall remain nameless because I still have friends that work there). I have seen her come in with a black eye before when she took the big shades off (why the world did she come outside like that being as vain as she is, I will never know).

Also, some of my co-workers actually waited on her another time while she was on the phone with him and heard them arguing and heard her say that she was going to call the cops if he hit her again. After the phone call she was very upset and scared to go home so they actually ended up calling one of her sisters and a friend to come get her. It is obvious that she married this man for his money. I love money too, but I love me much more. Tamar needs to get it together.com. I'm praying for her.

He is wayyyy bigger than her and im sure that it doesn't tale much to get your point across when your that huge.

Although I DO NOT CONDONE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, I will say that Tamar's mouth probably makes it hard for him not to shut her up.......with any means necessary. In an attempt to disprove the statements of people claiming she's had plastic surgery, in the form of butt implants, among other things, reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, had an x-ray done of her butt, as alleged proof she is all natural and enhancement free. However, a number of blogs spotted an irregularity in the x-ray (dark mass shown in the photo above).

The x-ray betrayed her somewhat, by revealing a lumpy foreign mass in her backside and no I'm not talking about poo. The soft tissue in the upper portion of her derriere, seems to reveal a foreign substance. Sorry, Kim, the x-rays did more harm than good to your silicone free claims. There's no ifs, ands or butts about it.

During the recently televised "Braxton Family Values" reunion show, Wendy Williams asked Tamar how she felt about blogs stating she had plastic surgery. The Judiciary Report was the first to make this claim regarding Tamar. A few weeks later, Tamar spoke openly about it in an interview, confirming the Judiciary Report's claims she had plastic surgery.

However, on the reunion show this week, she stated a blog said she looks like Michael Jackson and the Jacksons, due to the plastic surgery. The Judiciary Report was the site that stated this as well. Tamar said she likes the Jacksons and is fine with looking like them.

As usual, she was being dramatic. However, liking them has nothing to do with it. The fact of the matter is, when plastic surgery goes wrong, it can have negative effects. Furthermore, c'mon now, Michael was gluing on his nose after a while (joking).

Seriously, the repeated surgeries had destroyed the structure of his nose and kept eroding in a line and exposing the implant the surgeon placed to create a pointy, pencil thin nose. He constantly covered his face with surgical masks for this reason. How can that be a good thing. There's nothing wrong with plastic surgery, but it should never be obvious.

In other news, Twitter has been turning over the user data of people in Britain that violated Giggs' super injunction, obtained in court to conceal his affair with Thomas, when she began attempting to extract money from him for her silence. Violators could face contempt of court charges, fines and property forfeitures (seizures). However, I can't help but think, Thomas was behind the leak, as court papers revealed, Giggs was not the source. Adultery is wrong, but Thomas should be sued for dragging Giggs, his wife and their kids, through a public nightmare to fatten her wallet, in violation of a super injunction.
